01When can I start?
We're opening gradually. Join the waitlist and we'll write to you when it's your turn.
02Is the app available in English?
Yes. Each person on your team picks English or Spanish from the menu inside the app.
03What do I need to connect WhatsApp?
A WhatsApp number for your business. We connect it through Meta's official API and, if you're not sure how, we'll set it up with you on a free 15-minute video call. Instagram and Messenger connect from your Facebook account.
04Is my number safe?
Yes. Unirespond uses the official WhatsApp Business connection, not unauthorized apps that mimic WhatsApp Web, which are the ones that usually end up getting numbers blocked. All we ask is that you follow Meta's policies, like not sending mass messages without permission.
05What happens when the 14 days are over?
You pick the plan that fits (Basic $19, Pro $39, or Business $79 USD a month) and add a card. Your chats, customers, and sales stay just as they were.
06Does the AI have a limit?
Yes, there's a daily cap on replies per business. If it's reached, chats keep coming into the inbox and you answer them as usual.
07Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, from the Plan section of the app. No long-term contract.
